BeautifulMux Coordinate privacy
Effective 19 October 2026.
BeautifulMux Coordinate connects conversations you enable with /coordinate to your BeautifulMux account's task queue. The default server is https://kimchi.date; you may choose another HTTPS BeautifulMux server.
On ChatGPT and Claude pages, the extension reads the conversation identifier, URL and title, composer state, activity indicators and rendered messages to identify the selected conversation, preserve drafts and match task replies. It sends enabled conversation metadata, online/activity heartbeats, addressed tasks, task-related replies and delivery/outcome records to your selected BeautifulMux server. The server routes these to authorized agents in your workspace. It does not upload your entire chat history or unrelated browsing history. Task text is submitted to the selected provider's existing chat; that provider's own privacy terms also apply.
You sign in and approve the connection on your BeautifulMux website. The extension does not receive your password or website session cookie. It stores its device credential, account/workspace identifiers, settings and a bounded delivery/retry journal in Chrome extension-local storage, not Chrome Sync. Pending task and message payloads stay in this browser's local extension storage until they are resolved. On completion or permanent rejection, the extension removes task text and response payloads from its journal and retains compact receipt metadata (message/delivery IDs, session and lease identifiers, task/attempt IDs, status and timestamps) to prevent duplicate execution. These receipts do not expire automatically. When the bounded journal cannot safely accept more work, it preserves existing records and applies backpressure instead of deleting pending work or receipts. Server-side tasks and event history follow your server operator's retention policy.
Data is used only for authentication, conversation presence and the task coordination you request. The extension contains no advertising or analytics trackers and does not sell data, use it for advertising or transfer it to data brokers. HTTPS/WSS protects transport to your selected server. No remotely hosted extension code is downloaded or executed.
Use /coordinate off to stop that conversation's coordination. Sign out in the extension to remove its local credential and disconnect its conversations; this does not erase already recorded tasks. Uninstalling the extension removes its extension-local storage. For server-held records, access/deletion requests or privacy questions, contact the operator of your selected BeautifulMux server through its support channel; for the default service, use the support contact on the BeautifulMux Coordinate Chrome Web Store listing.
